Pop Culture Citayam Fashion Week dalam Pemberitaan Kompas.id dan Popbela.com

Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pop Culture Citayam Fashion Week dalam Pemberitaan Kompas.id dan Kompas.com”. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui framing dari pemberitaan Citayam Fashion Week pada media Kompas.id dan Popbela.com dengan menggunakan analisis framing Zongdang Pan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah dua berita dari Kompas.id dan dua berita dari Popbela.com terkait dengan fenomena pop culture Citayam Fashion Week. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivistik dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Framing Model Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media Kompas.id mengkonstruksi fenomena Citayam Fashion Week sebagai fenomena yang populer dan diindikasi melanggar beberapa aturan. Sedangkan Popbela.com mengkonstruksi fenomena tersebut dengan sudut pandang selebriti untuk menarik audiencenya. Popbela.com tidak konsisten dalam memberitakan fenomena Citayam Fashion Week, dengan menyelipkan judul yang click bait namun pada isi beritanya tidak ada sangkut pautnya dengan fenomena ini. Kedua media juga terlihat hanya berpihak pada satu pihak tertentu saja.
